Innovative Strategies For Enhancing Club Performance

Registrations are NOW OPEN for the next FREE club development workshop, as part of the Northern Sport & Recreation Network (NSRN).

 The NSRN is a collaboration between the Cities of Charles Sturt, Prospect, Port Adelaide Enfield, Playford, Tea Tree Gully, Salisbury and Adelaide Plains Council.

NOTE: this session is hosted by the Cities of Charles Sturt & Prospect.

Innovative Strategies for Enhancing Club Performance is presented by Daniel Kirk and Alex Pacifico from The Adapatability Movement and will explore;

• How to create a safe and welcoming environment that significantly improves the wellbeing of all sporting club members.

• Innovative programs you can establish that will take your sporting club to the next level.

• Ways to develop simple systems and structures that improve the effectiveness of your people and programs. (e.g. age group curriculum pathway, club brand)

• A guided completion of a club wellbeing and performance audit to understand where your sporting clubs
